National Conscience Party (NCP) elects new Exco in Niger state



The Niger state chapter of National Conscience Party (NCP) yesterday elected new state executive council members that will pilot the affairs of the party for the next three years‎ with a resolve to field candidate from the state in all elections.


The election which was supervised by officials from the of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), adopted all the rules and guidelines of both INEC and the party for the conduct of the election.


The newly elected chairman of the party, Comrade Abdulazeez Sallaudeen, in a chat with newsmen after the election, ‎ applauded members for a peaceful congress and assured that the party will commence membership drive across the Local Government Area in the state, adding that the mandate of NCP, which has always been  on improving the welfare of the down trodden masses at the grass roots ‎would now include the provision of infrastructure, Agriculture, education, security and heath care delivery services for the people.


The newly elected executive are Alhaji Abbas sale,(Deputy Chairman), Idris Mohammed (Secretary), Abdullahi Mohammed  Publicity Secretary), Alhaji Abdullahi Jimoh( Director Research), Maria Katcha (Ex officio)


Others are Rainat Usman  (Woman Leader), Zainab Usman (Financial Secretary),Musa Adamu (Youth Leader), Bala Maikaji (Treasure)r, Turayo Tunbosun (Deputy Woman Leader).
